Helping others and pursuing fairness have always been my primary motivations. These passions led me to law school and then into nonprofit leadership and movement strategy. Resolved to effect change at the macro level, I endeavored for two decades to transform systems, architect institutions, and expand opportunities for generations to come.
Along the way I learned volumes – about advocacy and business, of course, but most of all about people. How workism can turn a career into our main source of identity, worth, and community. How rapid growth can simultaneously delight and disorient us. How a heartfelt apology can defuse tension instantaneously. How power sharing can unleash genius. How a champion in our corner can alchemize insecurity into invincibility.
I love being a champion for the leaders and teams I coach. I get to witness how micro-level interventions yield personal revelations and, in turn, sweeping results for their companies. “Gratifying” doesn’t even begin to describe it.
I owe my own leadership evolution to the coaches and mentors who guided me, the trainings and assessments that educated me, and the hard knocks and soft landings that shaped me. I’m a lifelong learner steeped in and devoted to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. I’m also certified in Mindful Leadership and in Executive Coaching.
When not on Zoom, you can find me kickboxing, surfing, dancing, or trying to master the art of monotasking.

My career has been a story of reinvention - from leading iconic brands’ development to driving the strategic expansion of innovative new business units to starting a company. Yet through it all, what inspired me most was the power of human connection.
As an executive, I found the greatest fulfillment in listening, guiding, and moving things forward alongside my colleagues. It was in those moments of authentic collaboration that I discovered my true passion – helping people become the best versions of themselves.
So I took a bold step, leaving the branding world behind to pursue a new path. I honed my skills at the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, learning how to help equip people to develop themselves. It wasn't just a new path, but a chance to give back and leave the business world a little better than I found it.
Now, I have the honor of doing just that as a partner at We. Every day, I collaborate with an incredible team and unlock the potential in leaders across industries. That’s a pretty lucky gig.
When not on Zoom, you'll find me running with the sunrise or getting my hands dirty in the garden. And best of all - I get to be a mom and wife to some amazing humans.
